Barbie Princess Doll Cake
This was made for my daughters best friend..so put on extra swags and roses...plus lots of glitter to try and make it look like crystals..especially on the bodice

Did you cut the ruffle of her dress into the cake or just adjust the fondant that way? I love the effect, it really looks so elegant.
the ruffle effect on the swags is done with a fabric effect rolling pin..and then painted with lustre powder and then attached to the cake with sugar glue..Also the effect of the ruffle under the swag is done with rolls of sugarpaste under the fondant..so 12 sausages are rolled out ant attached to the cake then the rolled fondant is put ontop then smoothed out
