This was my first fondant cake for my Wilton Level III class. It had a lot of powdered sugar on the fondant residual from rolling it out, so that is what the white marks are.
Looks nice! We made these in one of my classes and we used freezer paper to roll the fondant w/ a thin layer of Crisco. It was MMF and it worked great w/o powdered sugar. Try that and see if it helps! Did you use MMF! Did you use water or vanilla to get the pieces to stick? It is a fun cake to do ins't it!
