It's been a while since I did an all buttecream cake so I made one for my birthday. Also tried to make my first wired flowers. Boy did I make a big mess putting two flowers in the cake. Definitely a learning experience. Next time I'll have to bend the wires up so the petals won't dig into the cake. White cake, 4 layers, with fresh raspberry conserve and white chocolate pudding. All dairy-free.
