Love this design!  Can you tell me how you made the duck sillouttes?  Did you freehand them or use a stencil?  I have to make a similar cake in a few weeks and am not looking forward to hand cutting out 30+ ducks in various stages of flight!  Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!
