I made this 8" and 6" chocolate cake for my grandson's baptism. I've been wanting to try Susan Triano's tufted billow weave for quite some time. Very time consuming, but worth the effort. The cross and baby topper inspired by Sweet Designs by Larissa. I used the new Wilton mold (the brown one) to make the cross and buttons, and the First Impressions baby mold. Thanks to the Royal Baker for her tutorial on how to make the swag banner, and of course thanks to Peggy does Cake for her method of covering a cake board with decorative paper.
