I made this cake for Princess Alicia, 1 year old. The cake is marble vanilla and chocolate with white chocolate ganache frosting and strawberry jam filling covered with fondant. The top part of the castle is fondant that I let dry so it can hold by itself on the cake. The princess is fondant as all the other details. A real girly cake!
