This is a Mini Alexa Mulberry Bag with leather effect fondant. The base cake is chocolate with dark and milk ganache, the bag is vanilla sponge with jam and frosting. The young lady this cake was for played football and had dislocated her knee and spent a lot of time on the phone, hence the figure!
