Made for a little girl who turned 3. She is all about Tangled! She wanted toys on top of the cake so she could play with them afterwards, as I opted for molding chocolate. This is a 10 inch french vanilla round (x2) and a 6 inch chocolate round (x2). Buttercream and MMF. This original cake, by unknown artist, had Rapunzel's hair wrapped around the cake and was done in all buttercream. I added flowers to the cake because I felt the hair looked a bit like rope dangled on it. I also did the cake in Fondant because of the Florida heat is a nightmare for a cake iced in buttercream!
