This was for my best friend's 30th birthday, she's always wearing blue and white stripes so I figured I would incorporate that and practice the ruffle technique all at the same time. This is 4 layer white cake with lemon curd filling, mascarpone with fresh raspberries & lemon zest (middle layer), and raspberry preserve filling. Thanks for looking!
