Thanks for all the great comments. This was my first ganache cake. I used Guittard chocolate. I poured a lot in the middle of the cake and let it run down the sides. I really didn't have to help it. I also iced it in chocolate buttercream and smoothed before I poured on the ganache so it would have a smooth appearance.
