My daughter LOVES the Rainbow Magic Fairy books and wanted a Tia the Tulip Fairy cake. I saw some of the fairy cakes done by The_Cake_Fairy (Renee) and she kindly gave me some hints on how to do the plaque out of fondant. The other decorations are made out of fondant and the sides, clouds and rainbow are all buttercream. The cake itself is a 2-layer chocolate box cake filled with ganache.
