all is edible, aside from the WHEEL BASES of the engine & train car & the BATTERY inside thomas. all the decoration, the train track, the thomas engine & train car with miniatures (formed around the wheel bases & thomas' battery) are made of gumpaste & mmf. the base cake is chocolate covered in bc & mmf, and the mountain is tiramisu cake with mascarpone frosting "clouds". :)
