Finally made a cake for one of my best friends - she has waited a long time. Sheila raises Friesian horses and this was the perfect cake for her (inspiration from cakes on CC). Chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter filling, covered with chocolate ganache and then with fondant. Horses are toys of course - and they are Friesians, everything else is gum paste or fondant. She was so surprised and loved it - there were tears in her eyes and she took the top tier home to show her family. It was very hard to photograph and I was not happy with any of the pictures.
