This is a cake for a funeral. The woman worked att this castle, Berga slott, and her daughter wanted a castle on the cake. I made some flower to make it more elegant. The loved it. The cake is at thin heavy chocolate cake, called "kladdkaka". The Castle is made of fondant. Feb -07
