I made this back in 2009. It is basically a single layer heart cake with the top cut off and slid to the side. The lip of the box is built up with fondant to create and indent to put the chocolates. The sides are cracked white fondant created in a mosaic pattern. The bow is loops of hardened fondant layered to create the bow.
