I made 50 os these MINI cakes for a shower. I used the large round cutter from the set of 3 from Wilton fondant cutters. They were iced in buttercream!
Yes I froze them and took them out one or two at a time. You couldnt frost them w/buttercream if they weren't frozen because when you cut them from the sheetcake threre are raw crumb edges. Thank you much! Yes Nati they put them on a stand. It was for a coworker who had a shower for her niece.
I just got a request to make fifty package cakes - how do you figure out how much to charge for something like that. Your mini's are absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful cakes. This one is going in my favorites.
These are too cute!!
WOW, these are so pretty!!! Did you put them on a stand?? They look gorgeous, so much work!!! Well done.
Very pretty! Not easy to ice!
Directions, please? Did you freeze before icing? These are simply beautiful. I would rather do these than petit fours any day!
These look lovely.
Beautiful! And the WORK! I am too lazy...

It was for a friend so........but probably 1.50 to 2.25 depending on your location maybe more. It would be like a slice of cake but more work.
