Done in fondant and royal icing. Bottom tier was sour cream white with strawberry filling, middle tier was sc white with custard filling and the top tier was strawberry cake and custard filling. This cake was even more special to make, as I've been doing this "little girl's" cakes since she was 3 years old : )
