I made this cake for a friends wedding. This is the first wedidng cake I have done, the first time I have ever used modeling chocolate, and the first time I have done a topsy-turvy cake using this stacking method. The cake is red velvet with a cream cheese filling and buttercream icing. The tilting layers are rice crispies covered in modling chocolate.
