The Thames Westminster,Fruit Cake covered with fondant.Made to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday along with a weekend in the big City.Boat,bridge,buses,taxi,trees and London Eye all fondant,The latter I tried in royal icing first but you need a steady hand ,sadly mine isn't.
