I made 2 bowl cakes, shaped them into a teardrop and joint them together. I stuck on balls of icing for the cheeks, nose and a little sausage for the lip then covered the head with pink icing. Added little circles for the eyes, strips for the eyebrows and darker pink end of nose and mouth. Covered the body with a purple pink and painted stripes on. Made sausages for the arms and little feet. The ears I rolled modeling paste very thin at the ends cut the right shape and held them in place (about half an hour... must remember a chair if I do that again) until they stuck and set hard.
