Here is a cake made for a student exchange between 2 Canadian schools. I designed a cake with a suitcase and two cakes on it that reprensent the 2 schools. This is a 110 portions vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling all covered with fondant. The boy and the girl are all hand made with fondant, long to do but I am very please with how they look! All others decorations are also fondant. The Sevec logo and other writing are hand painted. I really enjoyed making this huge cake and I am happy with the result!
