Well nothing about this cake went smoothly, from my crumbly evil MMF, to my horrible first attempt at a RI stencil, right down to delivering it 45 minutes late! =) Ever dismantle a ganached together second tier because you HATE how the horrible MMF covered?! Yah I did!!! Chalk it up to some lessons learned!!! =)
