This is actually a 40th birthday cake, and the recipient isn't even pregnant! My "other job" is with Larsen Billing Service (hence the LBS logo on the empire waist), which does medical billing for midwives. It was my boss (and the CEO of the company's bday), so we figured a belly cake would be fun and most appropriate. Thanks for all the inspiration from posted cakes!
