This was my first ordered cake! My customer requested a replica of a slot machine cake picture she found on sugarcraft.com. It turns out it was from a discontinued wilton pan. I had to resize the original design to feed 60 people. It was for a 70th birthday for her mom who loves to go to the casino. I made chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling, and piped with buttercream. The coins were chocolate made by a local chocolatier.
