I made this cake as a sample for a bride and groom to taste. It was half better cream and half buttercream.

Where do you get the bettercream icing from? I love the cake too btw :)
bettercream is like a stabilized non-dairy whip topping. It's made by Dawn and any bakery supplier will have it. Its very light and taste like vanilla icecream.
yummy... You can tell which side is which.. is it easy to work with?
very easy the only down fall is that you can't do to many designs like strings or swags but the taste make up for it. ;-D
