I made this cake to celebrate my Boss' research grant receiving a good score - yay cake! Chocolate espresso cake with vanilla bean latte swiss meringue buttercream ruffles. I suppose it doesn't look very "sceince-y", but everyone in the lab enjoyed it nonetheless! ;)
