Yeah the camera angle makes me dizzy too. For the water I angled my icing spatula where the end is down at the bottom of the wave and angled up at the top. Then I sprayed it with the blue Wilton Color Mist spray. When spraying be sure to cover the rest of the cake and spray it where there is some white left on it too.
