Chinese and English script done in royal icing, dragon stenciled in royal icing as well. I made my own stencil for the dragon out of freezer paper. Next time I'll use something sturdier and hopefully get less smudging. Fortune cookies and chopsticks are gumpaste. Lo mein is fondant. The chinese food box is all fondant, the pagoda and lettering are painted on freehand.
