We made this chocolate buttercream covered cake for an Alabama Alum recently. I feel it's hard to find a tailored sports themed groom's cake so I came up with this design. The houndstooth is an edible image. The helmet was provided by the bride. Small chocolate footballs were also worked in with the Reece's cups.
