My roses came out the same way. I was told that if you add piping gel to your stiff Wilton BC it will get rifd of those jagged edges. Other than that, what a great cake! Are you going to go on to course II? I just finished it last night.
This is my last week of course one, my roses were the same and I did add some piping gel and they turned out much better! Great Job, your borders look perfect!
Your roses form looks great, its just the gagged edges. Mine were the same and like it was said,the piping gel helps. You should have BEAUTIFUL roses then.
