Made this for my DH's birthday. It is a chocolate absinthe cake covered with butter cream and chocolate ganache. The decorations were made with fondant and chocolate clay. The party was held at a bowling alley that does black light bowling, so I made the fondant and icing with tonic water so it would glow, but it didn't work. The dish was incorporated into the design to hold absinthe to light on fire instead of birthday candles.
