The daughter of this customer wanted to do Rapunzel for her theme (she loved the movie Tangled). So we decided to do a tower with Rapunzel inside. The cake is six 6" layers of strawberry cake with strawberry frosting covered in MMF. The roof is marshmallow treats covered with rows of MMF shingles. The vines are MMF, flowers and Rapunzel are made from modeling chocolate. Leaves are royal icing. If I had the cake to do again, I would have put more support dowels into each layer. But the cake held up fine.
