I made 12 of these mini "cakes" for my son's 11th birthday. He came up with the theme and I took some ideas from different cakes on this site! Thanks for all the inspiration...these were a hit! Even fooled a couple kids! The "meat" is brownie, the "bun" is cupcake, the "cheese" and "lettuce" are fondant and the ketchup/mustard/mayo is frosting.
