For a new years eve party, none of the decoration is edible, so once I'd covered the cake in fondant it took minutes to put together. I cut the numbers out of silver card and glues cocktail sticks to the back, I put the feathers in bits of straw, then glued the fringe on using tylose and water. The bottom ribbon I had a black ribbon, then I used glue to stick on the silver sequinned ribbon and added a brooch when it was on!
