Three 8 inch cakes stacked. One, plain vanilla, one vanilla with sweet cherries, one with cherry/almond flavoring. Vanilla,almond buttercream icing, white chocolate fondant covering. Sushi are fondant, gumpaste mixture. Fortunae cookies are real, as are the chopsticks. Bamboo painted around sides of cake with green food colouring.
