This is a strawberry shortcake themed birthday dessert table that I did for my daughter's 3rd birthday. All of the decorations, including favor boxes and party hats, are handmade by me using fabric, paper and felt. (The felt strawberries are courtesy of Kim Nario - The Eggplant Garden) Featuring strawberry and daisy sugar cookies decorated with strawberry flavored royal icing, strawberry milk and a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling decorated with fondant. This party took place in a hotel room at The Great Wolf Lodge, so I know the lighting is horrible. All of the gifts were inspired by vintage strawberry shortcake :-)
