This was a birthday cake I made for a client who's daughter and son-in law share the same birthday. The son-in law loves the montreal Canadians hockey team and is a gourmet chef. Her daughter loves channel purses. They have two terrier dogs. It was chocolate cake, oreo cookie mousse with vanilla buttercream. Everything else was made from fondant and gum paste.
