This is a deep dark chocolate 1/2 sheet cake with mocha filling, covered in buttercream. Trees are sugar (ice cream) cones with royal icing piped on, golf bag is fondant with the clubs being made of fondant and toothpicks. The sand trap is brown sugar and the water hazard is piping gel on top of blue fondant.
