Snowmen cupcakes made for a cupcake challenge, "Your favorite Christmas cookie". The bodies of the snowmen are made with Italian ricotta cheese cookies, which are so light and fluffy! The heads are eggnog malted milk balls. The scarves and carrot noses are gumpaste. Also included are pretzels, butterscotch and chocolate morsels, candy pearls, edible snowflakes and buttercream frostings... oh, and a biscotti flavored mini cupcake!
