This is a strawberry cake frosted with chocolate icing then I cut out retangular shaped parchment paper and brushed them with chocolate and let that set. When they harden I peeled off the parchment paper and placed them around the cake. I then dipped strawberries in white and milk chocolate and added them to the top. For the finishing touch I put a pink ribbon around the bottom for decoration with additional 2 strawberries in front. It was a hit at my office.
