Retirement Cake
Made for a retirement at my work. Piping Gel Transfer all Buttercream. I wasn't happy that my I let the turtle crust before I could smooth him better. Everyone at work said that it made look rough like a real turtle would have. 11x15 devil's food. I still have a hard time with my icing picking up choc cake crumbs! :( I will post an up close of the turtle. This is the Snapper (mower) turtle logo.
