Vanilla Sponge with buttercream ising.... DISASTER!! The back of the cake kept falling off because the humidty in Australia on this day was ridiculous! I had to spear it with two wooden dowels and it still leant over!! I don't think I would do a carved cake with buttercream again... too hard!!
