This is my first roasted turkey cake. I have been wanting to do one of these for some time now. I did this for a Thanksgiving Family Reunion for a friend of mine. The turkey body is cake, wings and drumsticks are rice krispie treats. This was a lot of fun to make. My pan was actually too small, but I had to go with it.
