This was a cake I did for a friend at church. I did it pretty quick and it is not one of my better cakes, that's for sure! I do however like the overall look of the cake. The parents-to-be LOVED the little bear and wanted to save it in the freezer and give it to their daughter on her 1st b-day. I told them that I would bake her a fresh cake in a year instead.
