I made this cake for our county fair. I won first place for this entry. I wanted to incorporate fair themed items into cake. The candy apples are hand dipped. This was my first attempt at making a cow. Some people thought it was a pig, so I call it a cow pig, LOL! This was also my first attempt at making popcorn out of marshmallows. I was pleased with the outcome. Buttercream icing with fondant accents.
