My Mum asked for penguin cupcakes for her birthday so I though I would make some with a bit of Aussie flair and put these guys on the beach instead of the traditional snowy background. Vanilla cupcake, brown sugar sand, fondant penguin, sugarpaste umbrella and sour strap for the towel.
