Hi there I was asked to do a 30th birthday cake for a lady, this one took me a while but it was worth it as i was pleased with how it turned out. Both tiers are chocolate fudge cake with chock filling. I have only been decorating cakes for a year and i am self taught x Please leave your comments so i can improve x Thanks for looking - Toni
