This cake is composed of two cakes resting on a fondant covered board. The bottom book cake is a dark chocolate fudge cake with a cookies and cream filling. The two file folders are actually one cake which has one layer each of strawberry and lemon with a strawberry lemon butter cream filling. The cakes are covered in MMF. The glasses are made with gumpaste and have gelatin "glass". The hand cuffs are gumpaste as well as the ID badge and the watch is modeling chocolate/chocolate MMF.
