Sunflower Wedding

16in, 12in, and 8in square cakes iced in buttercream with swiss dots. Gumpaste sunflowers using the PME large sunflower plunger and handmade centers (textured with a #1 tip). Wrought Iron "s" topper provided by bride. Flavors were pumpkin spice/cream cheese filling, scratch WASC/caramel filling, and dark chocolate cake/mocha filling.
