This is a pumpking cake with cream cheese pumkin filling. It was made for my physical therapist. The lady on the table is me. The ice he was putting on my foot is clear mint hard candy wrapped on tiny piece of plastic representing the plastic bag he used to put the ice. I used buttercream to decorate the cake and fondant for the leaves and his name and numbers. The table is made of fondant and styrofoam, so is the rest of the pieces on the cake.
